Latasha has always been passionate about helping Women, couples and families. Inspired by the quote from Melissa Helser, “If you can change the way people do family, you can change the world,” she is committed to creating positive change for individuals, couples, and families. As a systems-based therapist, she believes in exploring the various factors that influence a person’s values and identity. Her optimistic outlook helps her see the best in every situation and person.

“One of the things that help make me an effective counselor is my ability to laugh at myself and with others. I believe that laughter is another way to love people. Both joy and fun often follow laughter. Life can be hard, and sometimes people get stuck in those difficult moments. It’s a privilege to introduce joy and softness into those dark and challenging times.

Latasha has experience working with individuals and couples across various populations and settings. She has helped clients overcome emotional challenges, relationship struggles, and severe mental distress.
